Returns & Exchanges

At Baby Brezza, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
